I joined the students and staff here in 2005.
I enjoyed participating in the Powerful Voices for Kids program.
I learned alot from the Temple Media Staff, from the students I teach and from
collaborating with other teachers both in-school and outside of RBCS.
I believe I am embarking on a new journey as I learn to incorporate media literacy along with visual literacy...
Frankly, they are "two peas in a pod!"
I'm also learning new ways to document student learning - the process and the products.
My goal is to share what I have learned about Media Literacy with the students, as the learn, create, reflect and document their learning in new and exciting ways. "We're always on a journey..."
